Introduction

I was born in 1956 in Tongeren (Belgium). In 1985 I moved to Holland and started photography as a passioned hobby. After a few years I discovered the airbrush-tool (which I had, until then, admired from a distance) and started, even more passioned, to learn to control this magnificent piece of tool. Almost any available book or video was studied again and again, finaly I took some inspiring lessons from my airbrush-goeroe David de Graef in Belgium. In 1998 I started giving airbrush-courses in my airbrush-studio at home in Waalwijk. In 1999 I won the Hoppenbrouwer-competition in Eindhoven which Gave my airbrush-carreer a significant push in the right direction. Nowadays I give airbrushworkshops in my studio at home (see workshops),
the rest of my time I'm busy airbrushing bikes, portraits on canvas, murals, leather.you name it, I paint it.

Airbrush, I think, should be the paintbrush of this millenium.
